Freedom Island is flying to Australia and the US

After successful autumn screenings at festivals in Vancouver, Louisville and Tirana, the short film about freedom and love in an unfree time was also premiered in the Czech Republic.
At the beginning of February, it won the Film Critics Award in the Best Short Film category, was nominated for the Magnesia Czech Lion Award and was included in the competition selection of the Prague Shorts Film Festival.
Last week, it was also among the TOP 10 most watched films on the DAFilms.cz portal. At the beginning of April, viewers from Australia will see Ostrov svobody, where it will be screened as part of the Czech & Slovak Film Festival in Sydney. In the second half of April, it will be presented again in the United States of America, in the International Shorts section at the Florida Film Festival.
