Space to Space 2.0 to present FMC work at Zagreb Design Week
3. September 2026The Faculty of Multimedia Communications at Tomas Bata University in Zlín will present its work at Zagreb Design Week in the ZGDW Universities and Schools Exhibition section. The Space to Space 2.0 exhibition will be on view from 15 to 20 September 2026 at the Academy of Fine Arts (Ilica 85, 10000, Zagreb). The project will present a selection of current student works from FMK’s design studios and the Arts Management studio, including the Material-Digital Memory project. The exhibition opening will take place on 15 September 2026 at 6 pm.
Space to Space 2.0 presents selected student works from the Faculty of Multimedia Communications at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The exhibition showcases projects created across various design disciplines, reflecting the creativity, innovation and interdisciplinary approach of the faculty. The exhibition is part of the international design project Space to Space. It connects physical and mental spaces, reality and fiction, science and art, exploring new ways of designing for a changing world – expanding into space while rethinking our relationship with Earth.
The exhibition spans disciplines, from product and interior design to multimedia and material experiments. It views space as both physical and contextual, addressing environmental and social challenges. It represents a shift in thinking – design as a humane, ecological and innovative response to systemic change.
