#2 Build it UP! – Legal aspects of the self-employment
20. March 2023The UPPER Center for Creative Industries and Entrepreneurship continues with another of the Build it UP workshops designed to facilitate students’ entry into the world of business. The second workshop on the topic of Legal aspects of the ID will take place again in the G18 gallery, on Monday, March 27, from 4 p.m.
The second workshop will be led by lawyer Markéta Štěpáníková, who works as an assistant professor at the Department of Legal Theory of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University and also as an external teacher at FMK. He will familiarize the newcomers with the essentials of establishing a business and the obligations of the self-employed. At the same time, you will get an insight into the basics of law regarding your creative and artistic practice. Join the event on Facebook.
The series of five workshops focused on professional topics takes place from March to May 2023. Although the project is primarily intended for students of the Faculty of Multimedia Communications, the participation of students from other faculties will be welcome. The aim of the project is, among other things, to expand students’ awareness of new and modern trends in technology development and digital marketplaces. The event is free, there is no need to report participation.
