G18 Introduces International FoodPrint
25. April 2019The International exhibition called FoodPrint will take place at the G18 Gallery from May 4 till May 14, 2019. The exhibition will feature students of Product Design and Digital Design studios of the Faculty of Multimedia Communications, TBU in Zlín together with their foreign colleagues from the Furniture and Interior Design Department of Technical University Zvolen (SK), Taipei Tech (TW) and Universidade do Algarve (PT).
FoodPrint wants to find answers to the questions that concern food and its impact on our lives. Exhibition opening will unusually take place on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 6 pm with an opening word by Miroslav Zelinský will open the exhibition. The exhibition will be open till May 14, 2019.
We would also like to invite you to the accompanying programme of the exhibition:
- Guided tour with the project supervisors (one of the events of the Gallery Tour) on May 4, 2019 at 14.15.
- The Coffee with curator event, which will be held on May 8, 2019 from 11.00 till 12.00, with the gallery’s main curator Romana Veselá presenting the G18’s vision and plans for the future.
- Robot races, author Anna Minx, May 14, 2019 at 18.00.
During the Zlin Design Week, there are extended opening hours: from 4 till 10 May 2019 every day from 10am till 6pm including the weekend and public holidays.
