#1 Build it UP! – Pricing
27. February 2023Do you want to work as a freelancer and don’t know how to start? UPPER is preparing a series of Build it UP! workshops that will make it easier for you to enter the world of business. Thanks to the invited lecturers, you will gain knowledge and skills that will be useful to you as a self-employed person. The workshops will be held in the university gallery G18, the first workshop will take place on March 2 from 4 p.m.
The first workshop will be devoted to the issue of correct pricing, which every entrepreneur faces, including those in the creative and cultural sectors. Students will learn how to price their products, what criteria to consider when creating a price and when it is time to raise the price. The workshop will be led by business strategy designer Petr Pouchlý, who has been dedicated not only to strategic brand building and mentoring for more than ten years. Join the event on Facebook.
A series of five workshops focused on professional topics will take place from March to May 2023. Although the project is primarily intended for students of the Faculty of Multimedia Communications, the participation of students from other faculties will be welcome. The aim of the project is, among other things, to expand students’ awareness of new and modern trends in technology development and digital marketplaces. The event is free, there is no need to report participation.
